EU Horizon Europe and EIC Accelerator

EIC Accelerator under Horizon Europe provides up to EUR 2.5M grant plus optional equity investment up to EUR 15M for medtech and deep tech startups. Single application annually with two cut-offs. TRL 5-9 expected at submission, target TRL 8+ by end of project. Health and care is a priority strategic area. Separate from Horizon Health calls, which are collaborative consortium calls (3+ partners, 3+ countries) for clinical research and translational medicine. EIC programmes are run by the European Innovation Council Executive Agency.
